  Staff we rude and rushed suggesting they might have been short staffed, online booking is not advised if you wish to use a voucher even when your told it's fine. And make sure you make it clear you intend to use the complete value of your food voucher as they will happily take the leftover as they do not give change on vouchers and will complete the order before you finish ordering.

  We had a party for our 6 year old today - 13 kids attended. The staff were great- patient, helpful and friendly. The food was fine, freshly made, the venue very clean and we were very happy with the event. Big thanks to the staff especially Brittany who was very sweet and helpful as the party host.
